The context used is for educational and spiritual purposes only. By paid or unpaid use, of the academyofeuropeanarts.com website or (including but not limited to Facebook and Google + sites, webinars, seminars, videos, tutorials, apps, website interactions, suggested exercises and practices, and all other presented material), you are agreeing to enter into the terms of the General Release.
1. Services
We provide Coaching, Courses, and Meetups under the Academy of European Arts and Culture. Program details are outlined at purchase.
2. Payment and Billing
Payments are processed via Stripe, SquareUp, PayPal, cash, or BACS and managed in QuickBooks. Fees must be paid before services commence unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to suspend access to programs for non-payment.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations for Coaching require at least 24 hours’ notice. Digital products are non-refundable once accessed. For full details, see our Refund Policy.
4. Intellectual Property
All materials provided by The Academy of European Arts and Culture remain our intellectual property and are for personal use only. Reproduction or distribution without consent is prohibited.
5. Liability
I attest that I am 18 years of age or have reached the age of majority in the country in which I reside. I agree to assume sole responsibility for the use of the academyofeuropeanarts.com website or affiliated websites, including Facebook and Google + sites, webinars, seminars, videos, tutorials, apps, website interactions, suggested exercises and practices, personal interactions with the Academy of European Arts and Culture, paid employees of company, paid contractors, or volunteers, and that academyofeuropeanarts.com, and other affiliated websites and its present and former, officers, directors, members, affiliates, successors, assigns, and agents (collectively,
The Academy of European Arts and Culture)) shall not be liable for the content of the website, the material, videos, webinars, seminars, tutorials, website interactions, and suggested exercises, writings of the Fourth Way, of Mervyn Brady, George Gurdjieff, PD Ouspensky, and other suggested readings and references (collectively, “website and tutorial material”).
The Academy of European Arts and Culture, “The Fourth Way” and the writings of Mervyn Brady, George Gurdjieff and PD Ouspensky, other suggested readings and references and all the context and material thereof, are not intended to diagnose or treat any psychological, emotional, physiological or physical discomforts or disorders. The Academy of European Arts and Culture and all writers and contributors, named or unamed, are not licensed therapists, counselors, psychologists, physicians or psychiatrists. Any user who is currently under any form of professional psychological or other medical care is obliged to notify their counselor, therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist or physician of the use of any such website and tutorial material. Under no circumstances should the user discontinue any therapy, counseling, psychotherapy or medication without first consulting their counselor, therapist, psychologist or physician.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

- You may not (a) use any Websites/Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international laws, (b) violate or encourage others to violate any right of or obligation to a third party, including by infringing, misappropriating, or violating intellectual property, contractual obligations, confidentiality, or privacy rights.
b. Solicitation:
- You may not use the Websites/Services or any information provided through the Websites/Services for the transmission of advertising or promotional materials, including junk mail, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or any other form of unsolicited or unwelcome solicitation.
c. Disruption:
You may not use the Websites/Services in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the Websites/Services, or interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of the Websites/Services; including by (a) uploading or otherwise disseminating any virus, adware, spyware, worm or other malicious code, or (b) interfering with or disrupting any network, equipment, or server connected to or used to provide any of the Services, or violating any regulation, policy, or procedure of any network, equipment, or server. You may not deface, spam, otherwise adversely affect the Websites/Services.
d. Harming others:
- You may not post or transmit Content on or through the Websites/Services that is harmful, offensive, obscene, abusive, invasive of privacy, defamatory, hateful or otherwise discriminatory, false or misleading, or incites an illegal act;

e. Impersonation or unauthorized access:
- You may not impersonate another person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity when using the Websites/Services;
- You may not use or attempt to use another’s account or personal information without authorization; and
- You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Websites/Services, or the computer systems or networks connected to the Websites/Services, through hacking password mining or any other means.
7. Indemnification
I hereby release and discharge “The Academy of European Arts and Culture” of and from any and all actions, causes of action, suits, losses, liabilities, rights, debts, dues, sums of money, accounts, reckonings, obligations, costs, expenses, liens, bonds, bills, specialties, covenants, contracts, controversies, agreements, promises, variances, trespasses, damages, judgments, extents, executions, claims, and demands, of every kind and nature whatsoever, whether now known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, matured or un-matured, suspected or unsuspected, in law, admiralty or equity (collectively, “Claims”), which I ever had, now have, or hereafter can, shall, or may have against “The Academy of European Arts and Culture”, including but not limited to property damage, personal injury or death arising out of or relating to such website and tutorial material. I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless “The Academy of European Arts and Culture” from any damages, expenses, or liabilities arising out of or relating to such Claims.
8. Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America. Parties agree to attempt mediation in good faith before pursuing court action. Jurisdiction rests with the courts of the United States District Court of Los Angeles County.
