Refund Policy

We aim for satisfaction with our coaching and courses. If you purchase as a consumer, you have a 14-day trial period unless the service has started or digital content has been accessed.

After this period, refunds are only issued at our discretion in line with the policy below.

• Coaching Sessions cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice will be rescheduled or refunded in full.
• Sessions cancelled within 24 hours or missed are non-refundable.
• Digital products and self-study courses are non-refundable once access is granted.
• Transfers of unused sessions to another person require written agreement.
